Before you begin

Start, pause, resume, stop and save a recording

1. Open the video file in the Creator app for analysis and recording.
   
2. To start the recording, you can either click the "Start recording" button on the right panel or press the "r" key.
   
3. To pause or resume the recording, use the "Pause recording / Resume recording" button on the right panel, or press the "p" key.
   
4. To stop the recording, click the "Stop recording" button on the right panel or press the "x" key.
   
5. After stopping the recording, a dialog box will appear, displaying a dropdown menu with a list of folders available in your organization.
   
6. Select the desired folder from the dropdown menu by clicking on its name.
   
7. After selecting the folder, click on the "SAVE" button within the dialog box to save the recording.
   
8. Once clicked, an alert message will then appear at the bottom-right of the page, indicating "Recorded video being sent to our servers for processing".
   
9. Once the video is successfully uploaded to the SPAN servers, a green-colored alert message at the bottom-right of the page will confirm "Recorded video sent to Banyan servers. Processed video will be stored in the selected folder".
   
10. This alert message will also include a link to the folder where the recording has been saved. Clicking this link will open the folder, allowing you to view the saved recording.
