Set video resolution

  1. In Tagger app, uploaded videos and screen recordings play at a resolution that is selected automatically based on available bandwidth.
  2. To change the video resolution in the Tagger app, adjust video resolution by clicking the "Set video resolution" button on the left panel. This brings up a dropdown menu offering "auto", "480p", and "720p" options. Choose your preferred resolution by selecting the corresponding option.
Notes
Note: This resolution-setting process is applicable only to screen recordings and videos uploaded from local storage with compression. It does not apply to videos uploaded from local storage that were uploaded with compression. This process also does not apply to videos linked from YouTube and Vimeo using URLs. Resolution of such videos can be controlled using controls at the bottom right of these videos.
