Creating and managing folders

In this article, you will learn how to create and manage folders.

Before you begin

To learn how to navigate from home page to folder level, refer to this article.

Creating folders

  1. Click on the "Add new folder" button positioned in the top-left of this page.
  2. Once clicked, this will redirect you to a new page with an input field labeled "Folder Name."
  3. Enter the desired folder name in the input field and then click on the "CREATE FOLDER" button.
  4. Upon clicking, the new folder with the chosen name will be created within the organization.

Managing folders

  1. You can use two different views to navigate folders.
  2. The default view is the thumbnail view.
  3. Click on the "Table View" button located on the left side to view folders in a tabular format.
  4. Click on the "Thumbnail View" button located on the left side to switch back to the thumbnail view.
