Navigating from home page to file level

In this article, you will learn how to navigate from home page to file level in SPAN.

Navigate from home page to file level

  1. After logging into your account, you will be redirected to the home page of your new account. Here, you can view all the organizations you are a part of.
  2. Since this is a new account on SPAN, you will see a single organization named "Free Trial," which was created by default when your account was created.
  3. You will have administrator privileges for this organization. Other users on BanyanBoard cannot access this organization unless they are added to it.
  4. Click on this organization to view its existing folders.
  5. Once clicked, this will open the folder-level page of the organization. Here, you can view all existing folders in this organization. Currently, there is only one folder named "My First Folder," which was created by default when your account was created.
  6. You will have owner privileges for this folder. Other users on BanyanBoard cannot access this folder unless they are added to the organization and granted necessary folder permissions.
  7. Click on this folder to check existing files in it.
  8. Upon clicking, this will open the file-level page of the folder. Here, you can view all existing files in this folder. Currently, there is only one file named "Getting started with Banyan," which was created by default when your account was created.
  9. Click to open this file.
  10. Once clicked, the file will open in the "TAGGER" app by default.
