In this article, you will learn how to share private and public version of video dashboards.

Share video dashboard

  1. You can share the video dashboard with internal users of SPAN who have permission to access this video file by sharing a private link, or with external individuals who are not users of SPAN by sharing a public link.
  2. Recipients can access the video dashboard by pasting these links into their browsers.
  3. To share a private link, click on the "SHARE PRIVATE LINK" button located at the bottom left of the page. Once clicked, the link is automatically copied for forwarding. Additionally, an alert message will appear at the bottom right of the screen, displaying "Private link copied to clipboard".
  4. Similarly, to share a public link, click on the "SHARE PUBLIC LINK" button also located at the bottom left of the page. This link, once clicked, is copied and ready to be forwarded. Additionally, an alert message will appear at the bottom right of the screen, displaying "Public link copied to clipboard".
Note: When sharing the public link of the video dashboard of a video file, make sure that the video file is enabled for public view. For guidance on enabling public view for a video file, refer to this article
